Grade 12 results for 2018 E.C.: what is known about the release date

The examination calendar published in April had the Grade 12 exam running 9-16 June. That window was adjusted, and the exam was eventually sat from 30 June to 23 July, with natural science candidates going first and social science candidates following.

Most centres were university campuses. The three city administrations that sat entirely online (Addis Ababa, Dire Dawa and Harar) are the furthest along a shift the assessment service has been making for several years.

The results were announced on 22 August 2026. This page has been corrected at the top and otherwise left as it was written, so the sequence stays readable.
